Alfonso is the Service as Action Coordinator at Keystone Academy in Beijing, where he also teaches Individuals & Societies. With a rich background in international education, he has held roles such as Grade Level Leader and CAS Coordinator, and has taught English and Spanish as Additional Languages from kindergarten to university in Spain, Singapore, Thailand, and China.

Trained in the PYP, MYP, and DP, Alfonso is also a certified WASC accreditation member, DELE examiner and IB workshop leader. He holds a Bachelor's in Advertising and Public Relations, two Master’s degrees in Education, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in International Leadership.
