Anders Schultz, born in 1977, holds a master degree in History and Physical Education from the University of Copenhagen. He is now the Head of the Global Citizenship Programme at Rysensteen Upper Secondary, and as such in charge of the programmes overall academic and pedagogical direction. He is the co-author and editor of Veje til Verdensborgerskab - the Danish version of Paths to Global Citizenship - , and has given more than 50 presentations to international audiences of teachers and school leaders from Korea, USA, China, Hong Kong, Egypt and many about Rysensteen’s experiences with establishing and maintaining a whole school education programme focused on global citizenship education.
Furthermore, Mr. Anders Schultz is the CEO of Nordicteaching , a company that helps teachers, school leaders and education politicians from other countries to implement the best parts of the Danish approach to teaching in a way that suits their educational system and educational culture.
