Apart from currently being the Assistant Professor in Education at Fiji National University, he has been the Practicum Coordinator (Primary), Head of Department (Secondary), Head of Department (Primary), and was also the Head of School, School of Education, in the College of Humanities and Education at Fiji National University.
Dr. Chand is actively involved in research and has published papers in international and ranked journals. He is also a reviewer for four different international journals. Dr. Chand has presented papers at various local and international conferences.Dr. Chand's research interests include curriculum and instruction, educational leadership, and teacher education.
