Dr Somayeh Ba Akhlagh is a lecturer in early childhood education at the University of New England. Somayeh has completed her PhD in philosophy (Education) at Newcastle University and two masters-Psychology from Allameh Tabatabaei University and Teaching from Sydney University.

She has received seven scholarship awards from differentinstitutions in Australia for her passion for teaching, and research.
