Karen Ono is a student at Soka University, Faculty of International Liberal Arts, researching early childhood education and the role of the arts in fostering children’s potential and lifelong well-being for both themselves and others. Alongside her studies, she works in the administration office at an IB international school, where I support teachers and students helping create a positive working environment.
She also developing new community called "Little Lantern "initiatives that bring people of all ages together to address the growing issue of social isolation and enhance the sence of inclusion within diversity.
