With technical expertise in machine learning and technology consulting, she is dedicated to demystifying artificial intelligence and helping students and professionals navigate the evolving tech landscape. Previously, she worked at Enterprise Ireland, supporting the scaling of high-growth Irish fintech and cybersecurity startups. Before moving to Europe for her Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree, she spent three years working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Fusemachines Nepal after earning her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tribhuvan University.

Beyond her professional role, Nirisha actively contributes to community development and technology advocacy as a key volunteer with Women in AI Ireland, empowering the next generation of tech leaders.
