Rachel Parker is a Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Council for Educational Research and leads ACER’s agenda for global citizenship education. For UNICEF and SEAMEO, she worked with ASEAN Member States to create a definition and framework for global citizenship assessment, and currently leads a two-year research project with UNESCO-APCEIU to improve global citizenship education monitoring in the Asia Pacific Region.
Rachel has consulted, lectured, and published articles in Australia and internationally on intercultural competence, global citizenship, and global learning pedagogy and practice.
