Toluwalope Adesina is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and education,with a background in law. In her role as a People and Culture Associate at the EnterpriseDevelopment Centre, Pan Atlantic University, she plays a pivotal part in cultivating apositive and dynamic work environment.As the founder of the Precious Art Initiative, Toluwalope is dedicated to empowering African youth to unlock their full potential.

One of her key programs, the Gen-Z TeenLeadership Program, is designed to help young Africans grasp the essence of leadershipwhile executing community projects, providing them with practical experiences aschangemakers. Her efforts have directly impacted over 500 teenagers and reached morethan 3,000 young people across the continent.Toluwalope’s expertise in project management, creative and transformational educationdevelopment, and innovation has been instrumental in her work, earning recognitionfrom esteemed institutions such as the United States Institute of Peace and the Office ofthe Vice President of Nigeria.

She has also partnered with organizations like Peace Firstand The Pollination Project to amplify her impact.Inspired by John Quincy Adams’ words—“If your actions inspire others to dream more,learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader”—Toluwalope is committed tomaking a lasting difference for the next generation of African leaders.
