Vanessa has been working internationally since 1995, and specialises in Early Years, and alsoonline education. Her current role As Director of Education for Sophia High School has seen the school successfully achieve UK Department for Education accreditation via their OFSTED quality assurance visit – the first to be granted this under their new OEA scheme.  Vanessa’s work in Kuwait for EPG enabled over1500 EY students to continue to access quality education through the pandemic,and transition seamlessly into the classroom on their return. She alsocontributes to UK National Online Safety as an expert regarding Early Yearsonline safeguarding.

A proud UN Global Schools Advocate, her work online supporting the staff and students at Sophia,as well as their partner schools, allows her to bring the SDGs to life forstudents around the world using live, online and Metaverse-based learning.
