Mackenzie Smart graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and Summa Cum Laude Honors from UNC Charlotte in May 2021 with a major in Religious Studies and a minor in Legal Studies. She founded The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Club in March of 2021.

She is currently focused on growing the club and working with its members on many different projects, the most well-known being the Crayon Project, to bring the SDGs to UNC Charlotte and the larger community.
