David leads a growing community of students, parents, and professional educators in one of the world's most attractive capital cities. He has overseen the expansion of the school's facilities, curriculum, and staff, while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. He has  also fostered a culture of collaboration, innovation, and diversity among stakeholders, aligned with the IB philosophy and values.

In addition to his role at BBIS, he is the Director of Coaching at Karen Ardley Associates (KAA), a dynamic and creative leadership, training, coaching, and development consultancy. He has designed and delivered professional training and development programmes for leaders and people involved with providing or supporting learning worldwide. He hase also provided executive coaching and mentoring to several school leaders internationally and in the UK, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. He focuses on leadership and coaching, particularly in schools.

He holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring from UCL Institute of Education, and a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), where I am a Fellow. He is passionate about enabling and inspiring educators to reach their full potential and make a positive impact on their learners and communities.
